Three-cheese cheese sauce recipe

A rich, but delicious cheese sauce recipe!

INGREDIENTS

2 Tablespoons butter or margarine

2 Tablespoons flour

3/4 cup milk

Pinch salt and pepper

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup smooth cream cheese.

Melt the butter over a low heat. Add the flour and seasoning gradually, stirring to ensure that the mixture is smooth.

Add the milk, stirring constantly and stir until the mixture is thick and creamy.

Add the cheddar cheese and heat until the cheese has melted.

Add the smooth cream cheese and the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the mixture has thickened.
